At FreegoRiders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an authorized retailer, we stand behind the quality of Freego products. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must not have been assembled, ridden, or used.

Completeness: The item must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase from freegoriders.com is required.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@freegoriders.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and correct shipping instructions.

Unauthorized Returns: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without prior authorization, as it will not be accepted.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (change of mind, "no longer needed"), you are responsible for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.

Flat Fee (Electric Bicycles Only): For the return of complete electric bicycles, a flat fee of $400 per unit will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the original heavy-freight shipping, handling, and repackaging costs incurred by the store.

Accessories & Parts: For smaller items or accessories, the actual original shipping cost incurred by the store will be deducted from the refund.

Restocking Fees: We charge a $0 restocking fee; however, the shipping deductions mentioned above apply.

Visible Damage: If the returned item shows visible damage or signs of use, additional charges will be applied to cover repair or replacement costs. The exact amount will be determined by our inspection team.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item received or verified manufacturing defect), FreegoRiders will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus any applicable non-refundable bank processing fees.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return the item after it has been dispatched, it will be treated as a "Customer-Initiated Return" (see Section 3). You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the $400 flat fee (for bicycles) will be deducted from the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Customized orders or special promotional bundles.
- Batteries that have been charged or used (due to international shipping safety regulations).
6. Refunds

Approval: Once approved, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
